Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Jones, 86, died Tuesday night at the home of Mrs. J. C. White, Buckeystown.
She was the wife of the late R. Ed. Jones, formerly of Hagerstown and Paramount and daughter of the late George H. and Lena S. Mayer.
Mrs. Jones is survived by the following children: Hilda E. Jones, Buckeystown; Ben R. Jones, Waldorf; Walter G. Jones, Baltimore; Mrs. Alta V. Ruth, Carlton P. Jones and Howard W. Jones, Hagerstown; Frederick Jones, Middletown, Ohio and Donald M. Jones, U.S. Army, Germany; two brothers also survive; Fred Mayer, Baldwin Park, California and Paul G. Mayer, New Port Ritchey, Florida. Also five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Hilton Funeral Home in Barnesville where services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. Dr. Wilson P. Ard of Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
