Mariah (Maria) Kilmer Hoover was the eldest daughter and second child of Issac Kilmer(originally from Pennsylvania )and Mariah Gephart (maybe from Pennsylvania, as well). From my research, I believe that Mariah Gephart passed away after the birth of her 3rd child, Isaac. Soon after this, Isaac married Elizabeth Shank from Virginia. She was the step-mother to Isacc's first three kids and she and Isaac went on to have more children of their own.
