Mrs. Hazel McAnally, age 96, of Pasadena, passed away Friday, December 24, 2010 in the Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena. She was born September 13, 1914 in Mt. Selman, Texas, and had been living in Pasadena for the past 11 years. Mrs. McAnally had worked as a clerk for Craven and Dargins Insurance and was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mt. Selman.
Survivors include two sisters, Frances Loretta Blaylock and husband, Thomas Winston of Houma, Ouida Sanderson of Pasadena, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives including, Sandee and Stan Davis of Friendswood and Sherry and Mike Mays of Mobile, Alabama.
Preceded in death by husband, Milton Fletcher McAnally.
Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Hazel McAnally will be held Monday, December 27, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the Old Glover Cemetery with Rev. Reggie Gregory officiating. Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 1100 W. 49th Street Room #G408, Austin, Texas 78756.
