Terry L. Hubbard, 59, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, December 26, 2010 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednes-day, December 29 at St Paul Lutheran Church with Rev. Nathan Peitsch officiating. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home.
Surviving is his wife, Linda; son, Kieth Hubbard and his wife Heather of Fort Dodge; daughter, Mya Lee and her husband Chad of Fort Dodge; granddaughters, Mackenzie, Kaitlynn, Emma, Madelyn and Bella Lee, Kayla Hubbard; father, Bill Hubbard of Fort Dodge; sisters, Lori Miller of Fort Dodge, Linda Lay and her husband Ted of Annandale, VA, Leanna Erickson of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie (Buckley) Hubbard; and his brother-in-law, Bill Miller.
Terry L. Hubbard was born May 12, 1951 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He attended schools in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. Following his education he was employed with the Mitchell Dental Lab and then he worked at the Fort Dodge Inn for several years, until retiring in 2007. On August 7, 1976 he was united in marriage to Linda Zimmermann and they established their home in Fort Dodge.
Terry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, camping and fishing.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
