Mr. Beal served as a member of the Biddeford Police Department from 1963 until 1988, retiring as a Captain. After retirement, he continued to work Security at Southern Maine Medical Center from 1992 to 1998 and served on the Biddeford Police Commission from 1990 to 1998.
Mr. Beal was a member of the former St. Mary's Church of the Good Shepherd Parish. An avid outdoorsman in every season, enjoying hunting, fishing and trapping, he also loved spending time at his camp on East Grand Lake in Danforth, ME.
