HEAD INJURIES SUFFERED WHILE
ADJUSTING FAN FATAL TO BOY
CARROLL WESLEY BEAL, 15, OF SPRINGVALE SUCCUMBS SUNDAY AT GOODALL HOSPITAL
As the result of head injuries suffered while trying to adjust an electric fan, Carroll Wesley Beal, 15, son of Mr. and Mrs. Perley Beal of Witham Street, Springvale, died Sunday afternoon in the H.D. Goodall Hospital.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment Friday following the accident but was discharged and returned home. A change in his condition necessitated his return on Saturday afternoon where he remained until his death.
He is survived by his parents, a brother, Perley Joseph, and three sisters, Beverly, Milddred, and Eleanor.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at the L. H. Carll Funeral Home with the Rev. William H. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Springvale.
