Birdie LaPriel Shaw Walter, age 81, of American Fork, Died June 1, 1992 in Provo, Utah. She was born Jan. 11, 1911 in Lehi, Utah, to Joseph J. and Sarah Alice Bowen Shaw. She married William J. Walter June 7, 1933 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband of American Fork; a daughter and two sons: Mrs. Richard R. (Carolyn ) Herron, West Jordan; William Paul Walter, Roseville, California; Richard Martin Walter, Bennion; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Clinton George Shaw, and a sister, Enade Bunnell, both of Provo. Funeral service will be Saturday, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork West LDS Stake Center. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary one hour prior to services.
