Frederich Karl Christian Daivd

Frederich Karl Christian is the son of Christian David and Maria Bamberg. He was born on the 5th of November 1862 at Gross Rackow Prussia, and had one brother and one sister. In acordance with Lutheran custom he was baptized in infancy given regigious and received into communicant membership by confirmation. Beginning with this year 1917 we find his name with the regular communicants of St.Paul's E.L. Congregation of Monona. The departed seved this congregation as council member one or two terms.

He was united in marriage to Frederieke Martens, May 19, 1888 at Geormin. Prussia. This union was blessed with two sons. and three daughters; Alfred, Herbert, Agnes, Hattie and Bertha.

The days of his sojourn were three score and six years, nine months and 24 days. A deadly disease gradually exhausted him untill he was not able to leave the bed in the moring. For the strengthening of his faith he applied for and received Holy Communion on August the 24th. On the 29 at 5: am. he fell asleep to be resurrected when Jesus comes in his glory.

His departure is morned by his wife, one son Alfred; three daughters, Agnes, Hattie, and Bertha Folsom. One brother John David of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota: a sister Carrie Gross of Kalispell Montana, eight grandchildren, friends and aquaintances.

For sympathy and help received in their sorrow Mrs. David and her children thank cordially every one who was to them a friend in need.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Lutheran church. Rev. Daugs officiating.

We wish to express our hearetfelt thanks to those who so kindly assisted us during the sickness and death of our beloved husband and father. We appreciate your sympathy in our hour of need.
