Mrs. Margaret Hight Webb, 76, wife of Frank M. Webb of 511 West Macon street, died at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in St. Mary's hospital where she had been a patient for 10 days. She had been in poor health for the last four years.
Mrs. Webb was born near Macon on July 17, 1865, a daughter of Robert and Martha Hight. Soon after her marriage to Mr. Webb, near Macon, she and Mr. Webb moved to Decatur, where they since have lived. Mrs. Webb was a member of the First Methodist church.
Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Mrs. R. Zink Sanders; two grandchildren, Norman B. Sanders and Mrs. John H. Burns, both of Decatur and by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. J.H. Culver and Miss Nora Hight of Decatur; E.W. Hight of St. Louis; Robert Hight of Chicago and Clyde and Ray Hight, both of Moweaqua.
Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
