Born in Hobbsville, N.C., she was the widow of William T. ``Bill'' Grissom and a member of Liberty Baptist Church, Suffolk. She was a retired assembly worker from Birdsong Peanut Co. in Suffolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. T.A. Powell. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Liberty Baptist Church Building Fund, 116 Romans Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge.
