Argyle - The death of Mrs. Nina E. Bain, 85, occurred early Sunday morning, July 7, at the Glens Falls hospital. The funeral was held Wednesday at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral home with the Rev. David Simmons, pastor of the South Argyle United Presbyterian church, officiating. Interment was in South Church cemetery, Argyle.
Mrs. Bain, a life long resident of Argyle, was born May 16, 1889, the daughter of the late Thomas and Cora Richards Clough. She was one of the oldest members of the South Argyle United Presbyterian church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harvey Randall and Mrs. Paul Gilchrist, both of Argyle; two grandsons, a granddaughter and nine great grandchildren.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Argyle Emergency squad.
