Christiana Ryan, 91, of Conway passed away Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Okla.

She was born in Conway on Sept. 10, 1919, to the late Cebron and Ether Benton.

Christiana was also preceded in death by her husband Samuel Ryan; one daughter, Elva Lee Ryan; a son Joseph Ryan; a brother, AG Benton; and a sister, Pearle Wiley.

Christiana was a lifelong member of Sinai Church of God in Christ. She was always a very sweet, kind and loving person. Christiana loved her animals and pets. She loved participating in activities with the Senior Citizens Group. She also loved children and enjoyed babysitting. She was caretaker for her sister-in-law for many years.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sinai Church of God in Christ in Conway, with Elder Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow at Sinai Cemetery in Conway under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.

Serving, as pallbearers will be Phillip Brooks, Brian Johnson, Calvin Small Sr., Christopher Ryan, Eickey Fields, Themon Ryan, Jr., David Westbrook and Darius Ryan.

Honorary pallbearers will be Samuel Bunting, Gregory Ryan, Mike Bunting, Carl Ryan, Levelle Ryan and Akemela Burton.
