Elmer Eugene Hipp
UNION GROVE - Elmer Eugene Hipp, 78, of Route 2, Union Grove, died Monday at an Arab hospital. The funeral was to be today at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Cavender officiating.
Burial was to be in Brookwood Cemetery with Gober Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Estelle Hipp; a daughter, Glenavis Latham of Arab; two step-daughters, Harriett Holder of Arab and Barbara Elms of Birmingham; a brother, Jimmy Hipp of Arab; two sisters, Elsie Bunch of Union Grove and Polly Maynard of Georgia; and two grandchildren.
