Ignacio F. Ochoa
May 28, 1929 to March 18, 2002. Survived by loving companion, Grace Gonzales; sons, John P. Reynaldo, Abel Ochoa; and stepson, Juan Gonzales; daughters, Cecilia Molina, Sarah, Olga, Anavelia Ochoa and Rebecca O. Pena; 33 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, Manuel and Manuelito Valencia; sisters, Filomena O. Valencia, Maria Murrietta and Maria Christina Valenzuela; son, Simon and baby daughter, Claudia, including beloved grandson, Christopher.
Ignacio was a long time resident of Old Pascua where he was a member of the Kohtumbre Ya'ura and the Matachini Society. He loved to play his guitar. Now Diosito needs him to play with the angels.
The family wishes to thank his doctors and nurses at University Medical Center.
There will be an all night vigil on Friday, March 22, beginning at 4:00 p.m. at San Ignacio in Old Pascua with rosary at 6:00 p.m. Mass at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, March 23. Burial follows at Holy Hope Cemetery.
