He was a native of Caldwell Parish and had lived at West Monroe the past 14 years.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Columbia with the Revs. James A. Smith and Frank Smith officiating. Burial will be at Welcome Home Cemetery near Grayson by Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Survivors include two sons, Joe H. Lively of Monroe and Leonard E. Lively of West Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. W. R. Nelson of West Monroe; a brother, W. H. Lively of Pasadena, Tex.; and a sister, Mrs. Lessie Canterbury of West Monroe.
