Burial was in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson.
Mr. Lively died Sunday in a Pasadena hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Lively was a retired farmer and a native of Caldwell Parish.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ada Lively of Pasadena; a daughter, Maxine Lively of Pasadena; three sons, Hines D. Lively and Donald Lively, both of Pasadena, and William Hugh Lively, Jr. of Port Arthur, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Lessie Canterbury of Monroe; and five grandchildren.
