I, Isabella H. Beall, the dividends, profits or proceeds arising from said stock to be paid to the said Elizabeth S. Beall during her life and after her death to the said Kate. The property in this stock is to be vested absolutely in Kate S. Beall for her sole and separate use upon the death of her mother but it is to remain in the hands of the trustee above named until she arrives at the age of twenty years when it shall be delivered to her as aforesaid, Fourth, I give and bequeath to the Congregation of the Methodist Episcopal Church for repairing the present church edifice or building a new one as they may deem most advisable. Fifth, I give and devise the west half of the lot of ground on which is erected the double brick dwelling house occupied by my son, Clarence and myself fronting on Main Street about nineteen feet and running feet and running back of equal width to Peter Sheet to Dr. Frederick C. Robinson and his heirs in trust for the sole and separate uses of my daughters, Lilly B. Lyons and Mary S, Beall share and share alike as tenants in common the whole of the rent issues and profits thereof to go to the said Mary S. Beall until she marries or arrives at the age of twenty one years after which the same to be equally divided between Lilly and Mary, but should either of them die without children then the share of the one dying shall rest in and be distributed among my survivorship to such as shall outlive the others. Sixth, I give and devise to my sons, Louis E. Beall and Clarence H. Beall their heirs and assigns forever as tenants in common, the residue of my said lot of ground situate in the Borough of Uniontown bounded by the said portions devised to my daughters Mrs. Lyons and Mary S. Beall by lot of E. A. Lingo, by the Siston Alley and by Peter Street together with the buildings and appurtenances. The said Clarence and Louis are to pay to my daughter Mary the rent of the same which is now payable to me until she arrives at the age of twenty-one years or marries, in either of which the said rent is to cease and the said lot to belong to the said Clarence and Louis absolutely.
Seventh, all of the residue of my estate not heretofore disposed of I give, devise, and bequeath to my sons Clarence H, Louis E. and my daughters, Lilly B. Lyons and Mary S. Beall to share and share alike as tenants in common. I hearby nominate and appoint my friend Charles S.
