Joey 4 1/2 passed away on Sunday morning , after a four month battle with a brainstem tumor. Joey is the son of Dave and Sue Siegel and the brother of Sara Siegel of Springfield. He was in the 3-day, AM class at St. Matthews's Nursery School and loved T-ball, basketball, Chuck E Cheese, bowling, and My Gym. Joey had a wonderful sense of humor, and he loved knock-knock jokes. Joey was loved by many and will be missed by many more. Grandson of the late Donald J. Gallagher of Havertown Survivors: His loving parents David and Susan Siegel (nee Gallagher); his sister Sara; grandparents Mary Louise Gallagher (nee Gray) of Springfield, formerly of Havertown, Arthur and Miriam Siegel (nee Zubrow) of Wynnewood; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
