DEE LINDER
Funeral services for Mrs. Dee Linder, 91, of Livingston, were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2005, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene McCowan officiating.

Burial was in Green Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Linder died Tuesday, May 31 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a housewife and a member of First Freewill Baptist Church.

Born February 11, 1914, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Granville and Ollie (Winningham) Norris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Hobson Linder; and a grandson, Gerald Miller.

Survivors include 2 sons, George Linder of Alpine and J.E. Linder of Livingston; 2 daughters, Edith Smith and Buelah Miller, both of Livingston; 2 sisters, Myrtie Franklin of Alpine and Martha Raines of Crossville; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Willie Qualls, Stormy Halsell, Steve Bruss, Bob Buford, Richie Linder, and Tony Bowman.
