Eugenia Foulds, daughter of William Foulds and Emily Begat Davies, on November 30, 1874, Henderson County, North Carolina, married Ebner "Ebe" Albert Drake. He was the son of Thomas Drake and Elizabeth Capps.

Eugenia's father, William Foulds died in 1860, when Eugenia was about 3 years old, her mother married, Nathan Mendenhall Drake, his wife, Eleanor "Nellie" Osborne, died in 1858.
