Gervais - Rosary will be 7:30 pm Friday and mass 10:30 am Saturday in Sacred Heart Church for Marie A. Roeser, 73, Gervais, Rt 1 Box 217F, who died Wednesday. Interment will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Cornwell mortuary, Woodburn.
A native of Sublimity and lifelong resident of Marion County, she had lived here since 1933. She was a member of Women's Catholic Order of Foresters.
Surviving are daughter Ruth and husband Louis Elbert, Rainier; six grandchildren, Rainier; stepson Edward Roeser, Tujunga, Calif.; stepdaughter Lucille Lovell in California; sisters Genevieve Hendricks, Sublimity, Regina Albus, Stayton, and Fredricka Leverman, Salem.
