Brother of Tama Jim Died Unexpectedly in Indiana – Funeral in Traer Today

A telegram from Attica, Indiana, Wednesday morning announced the death of David Wilson. It was wholly unexpected. Mr. Wilson had been taking treatment for rheumatism at the springs and was improving steadily. He had gained fifteen pounds at last report, Heart trouble was the direct cause of his demise. The deceased was rugged and healthy until six months ago – one of the strongest of the family. He has been on the commission business in Chicago with his brother West several years past. He was married in Wright county after leaving Tama county, to Miss Josie shearer and two children followed the union. Mr. Wilson grew to manhood on the homestead near Traer and for several years lived in town, engaging in the stock business. He was a worthy representative of Uncle John Wilson's large family of intelligent and upright children. He was 45 years of age. The body was brought to Traer today and the funeral services will be at the United Presbyterian church at 2 p.m. Interment in Buckingham cemetery. David is the fourth son of the family to pass away. Two sisters have also died within a few years.
