Johnie Edward Burton of College Grove, TN passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009, he was 79. Preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Joyce Campbell and two son-in-laws. Mr. Burton is survived by his wife, Lannie Thelma Harper Burton; sons, Dennis T. (Carole) Burton and John E. (Pamela) Burton, Jr.; daughters, Deborah June Burton and Angela Delphine (Sam) Madzia; son-in-law, Hershel Campbell; brother, Alvin Burton; sisters, Margie Dabbs and Barbara Wooten; seventeen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren. The family received friends on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Thursday from 8 AM until service time at 12 Noon with Bro. Donnie Bryant officiating. Honorary Pallbearers: Raymond Martin (fishing buddy), R.J. Bennett, Dave Hillderbrand, Jason Foster, Dylan Sweeton, Brandon Carner and Scott Ptaszek; Active Pallbearers, Dennis Burton, Jr., John Allen Campbell, Herschel Campbell, Sam Madzia, Justin Sweeton and Brandon Climer.
