Dennis Terry Burton, Sr. age 56 of Gallatin passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Thelma Burton and his sister, Brenda Campbell.
He was a member of the Dalewood Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Carole A. Burton; son, Dennis Burton, Jr. daughters, Carol Leighann (Scott) McKinley, Christie Lynn (Jeff) Couch and Melody Michelle (Him) Barnes; brother John E. Burton, Jr.; sisters, Deborah Burton and Angela Madzia. 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive.
His family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and from 4 – 8 p.m. on Monday, April 29 at Spring Hill Funeral Home and on Tuesday, April 30 from 10 a.m. until his Celebration of Life Service at 12 p.m. at Dalewood Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Castleberry officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will include Frank Burton, Jr. Bill Todd, Justin Sweeten, Dylan Sweeten, Jason Foster, Sam Madzia, Mike Sullins, David Johnston, Dave Hilderbrand and Harlon Piercy.
