Nannie Mae Greene, 77, of Buena Vista, died Wednesday, February 3, 1993, at the Stonewall Jackson Hospital, Lexington. Mrs. Greene was born in Rockbridge County August 26, 1915, a daughter of the late John Hostetter and Anna Chittum Hostetter.

She was a member of the Marvin United Methodist Church in Vesuvius, Va., and was a retired merchant.

Surviving are her husband, Maynard C. Greene, Buena Vista; two sons, Earl W. Greene of Ann Arbor, Mich., Twyman Greene of Edinburg, Va.; a daughter, Faye Bradshaw, Lexington; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, February 5, 1993, at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Conley McMullin and the Rev. Ray Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in the Timber Ridge A.R.P. Cemetery, Lexington. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
