Mrs. Francis passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2010, at East Texas Medical Center in Jacksonville. She was born on December 20, 1931, to Clarence & Mary Rutherford in Coolidge. She married Willie Neal Francis in 1953, and together they raised a son, Richard. Mrs. Francis worked as secretary for an oil company for several years. She is survived by one son, Richard Francis of El Paso; two sisters, Grace Recio of Dallas and Margie Patterson of Rusk; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Francis was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Neal Francis; her parents; and two brothers, J. C. Rutherford and Mike Rutherford.
