Aldred Bartholomew, 91, life long resident, and one of the town's oldest residents, died Monday morning at three o'clock at his home in Stockwell. He married Elizabeth Mahan Oct. 3, 1871, who survives with two daughters, Mrs. William Allen, and Mrs. Charles Johnson, of Stockwell. He was a member of the M.E. church. Friends may call at the residence after eight o'clock Wednesday morning. Private services will be held Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. from the residence, Rev. C. V. Roush officiating. Burial in Stockwell cemetery Baker funeral directors of Dayton, in charge.
