Sarah was the first wife of Milford GILMORE (1815-1884). I have that she died 25d 9m 1855 in Kansas and probably in Doniphan County but she could be buried back in Buchanan Co, Missouri since 1855 was only one year after the Kansas Territory was opened.

Her obituary from the book Missouri Pioneers Volume 13 added by contributor Sherida (Riggs) Childers (#46624606) in 11m 2013:

GILLMORE, Mrs. Sally A., born 18 Mar 1819, dau. of James & Hannah GIBSON in Wayne Co., Tenn; with them, moved to Jackson Co., Ala; then Lee Co., Va; then in 1837 to Buchanan Co., Mo. Married to Milford GILLMORE in 1838, and moved with him in April 1855, to Kansas Territory, where she died 22 Sept 1855. Left husband and children. Notice by M. R. Jones from Plattsburg, Mo.
