DECATUR - Henry Carl Bork (Hank) passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at St. Joseph Home, Springfield, IL. Henry was born November 16, 1916 in Decatur, the son of Edward W. and Augusta A. Hendrian Bork. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1934. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Montaux. He married Kathryn E. Pfjle on May 1, 1938 in St. Charles, MO. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn of 72 1/2 years, his children, Sandra (Jud) Cameron of Sullivan; Sharon Mitchell of Kirkwood MO; Shirly (Joe) Unekis of Manhattan KS; Sallee (Stan) Butzow of Divernon; Sheryl (Jim) Spears of Auburn, Terry Bork of Dallas TX; and Kent (Saundra) Bork of Garland, TX; He is also survived by one sister, Mildred Hoadley of Decatur. Sixteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren survive their grandpa. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, four brothers, one son, Lynn, and one great grandson.
