7. Agnes Baldwin (b. 1579; d. 1622) m. Henry Stonehill
Alice (King/e) Baldwin died by 23 November 1626 in her 92nd year at Aston Clinton, and is buried in St. Michael and All Angels Church at Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, England. Her will was proved 14 December 1626 by her son Richard. She listed her sons Richard and John as executors, and if they were unable, then her son Sylvester and son-in-law Richard Salter. She signed her name "Alice Baldwin," and was described as of Dunridge (&c.) widow. It is considered a 'model' will given that it lists every extant family member and their relationship to Alice. She requested to be buried in the parish church (not churchyard) next to her husband. Alice mentions the following family members with detailed bequests:
-Sons: Richard, Sylvester, and John
-Daughters: Mary (Baldwin) Salter, Jane (Baldwin) Bonas, and Agnes (Baldwin) Stonehill (deceased)
-Grandchildren by son Sylvester: John, Henry, Sylvester, Richard, William, Alice and Jane Baldwin
-Grandchildren by son John: Richard, John, Mary, Agnes, and Martha Baldwin
-Grandchildren by daughter Mary (Baldwin) Salter: Richard, Thomas, John, David, Susanna, Mary, and Sarah Salter
-Grandchildren by daughter Jane (Baldwin) Bonas: Henry, James, John, Christian, Faith, Mary and Jane Bonas
-Grandchildren by deceased daughter Agnes (Stonehill) Baldwin, wife of Henry Stonehill: Henry, Jane, and Agnes Stonehill
-Anne Baldwin, daughter of son Robert Baldwin
-Brothers: Thomas and Robert King/e (mentions children, but only names one nephew, William King/e, son of Thomas)
-Sister: Marie (King/e) Mountegue
In her will, Alice lists the surname for her brothers, Thomas and Robert, and her nephew William as "King" rather than "Kinge" suggesting King as the "preferred spelling" of her birth name. In addition to leaving a bequest to her brothers "Thomas and Robert King" and Thomas' son "William," she leaves bequests to the children of her brother "Robert King" and to her sister "Maria Montague."
