MKS. KASPER WEHNER DIES AT HOME OF DAUGHTER IN NEW HAMPSHIRE
Funeral services were held here at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Pardee funeral home for Mrs. Kasper Wehner, who died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter,
.Mrs. A. N. French, in Durham, N. H. The Rev. J. H. Bancroft, pastor of the Methodist church of which Mrs. Wehner was a member, was in charge. Burial was made in Mountain Home cemetery. Mrs. Wehner lacked only a few months of being 95 years old. She was born in Ohio, but came to Michigan forty-eight years ago. She went to New Hampshire to make her home about three years ago. Only two children survive, Mrs. French and John Wehner of Cooks, Mich. There are several grandchildren. Cordelia Arehart was born June 10, 1835, near Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph and Eve Arehart. She was one of a family of eight children, all of whom preceded her in death. In 1861 she married Kasper Wehner, who died twelve years ago this month. Besides the son and daughter who survive, three sons, Henry, Casper B. and George, and a daughter, Mary E. Drew, are now deceased.
