Wilson, Barbara Jean (Hoffman) Jackson, MI
Age 29, died suddenly on Sunday, November 21, 2010. She was born the daughter of Peggy and Joseph Hoffman on October 5, 1981. Barbara was a 1999 graduate of Huron High School in Ann Arbor, attended Ferris State University and was employed by Malloy Lithography.
She is survived by her parents, her sister Nicole M. Hoffman, her aunts, Lisa Grimes, Debby Hoffman, Linda Hurtado, her uncles, Gary (Kim) Dobson, Greg Dobson, and her grandparents, Colette Dobson and Robert Hoffman, step-children, Jayden and Jazzmyn Wilson, as well as her cousins, Lou (Kate) Hoffman, Robbie and, Ramon Estrada, Stephanie, Greg, Christy and Katie Hoffman, Josh (Jennifer), Chris (Jennifer), and Drew Dobson, and Leslie and James Grimes.
Barbara was preceded in death by grandfather, Gary Dobson Sr., and her uncle, Daniel Hoffman and aunt Cindy Dobson Owens.
Barbara's family will receive friends at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Carpenter Rd. Chapel, 2400 Carpenter Rd., Ann Arbor on Friday, November 26, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 27th at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1400 W. Stadium Blvd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Arborcrest Memorial Park. Because of Barb's love of animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley or the Cascades Humane Society.
