Dr. L. F. Stuch, a brother of A. P. Stuck, died suddenly at Allegan Tuesday night, after a few hours' illness. Apoplexy was the cause. He had been as well as usual and was just starting on a professional call when he was stricken. He was well known in the county and had been a practicing physician in Allegan for many years. His death was a shock to all. Mr. Stuch would have been sixty seven years old in September. He was born in Pittsfield, Mich., and came to Otsego with his parents in the spring of 1853. He graduated from the Otsego high school and from here went to the University of Michigan, where he graduated from the medical department. After graduation he practiced his profession here for a year and then went to Hopkins, where he remained for ten years, when he took up practice in Allegan. He leaves a wife and two sons, Howard and Wayne, six brothers, and one sister.
