A former Deputy sheriff, he was chairman of the Democratic Central Committee. Mr. Agee also once was a teacher at Benson High School.
Survivors: Wife, Anna; sons, Art, St. Louis, Mo.; Bader, Canoga Park, Cal.; and two daughters. Services Thursday, 2 p.m., John A. Gentleman Mortuary; burial, Prospect Hill Cemetery.
