MRS. ANNA BADER AGEE DIED SUNDAY –
Mrs. Anna Bader Agee, age 70, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 6, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Vivien Ogden of Omaha. She is survived by two sons and two daughters.
Services were held from the Crosby-Meyer-Carlson mortuary Tuesday afternoon with burial at Voss-Mohr cemetery.-MDP-[Published in "The Gretna Breeze," Gretna, Nebraska, Tuesday, October 10th, 1940, MDP, Page 1.]

Grants Divorce and Alimony to Mrs. Agee - OMAHA, Neb., Jan. 26. - Mrs. Anna M. Agee is district court Friday was given a decree of divorce from Arthur E. Agee, superintendent of the Douglas county court house, and with the decree an award of $7,000 cash, $75 a month alomony for six months and $50.00 a month for three years thereafter. She also is given custody of three children - Arthur, 17; Vera, 15; and Edwin, 11.
Mrs. Agee charged cruelty and misconduct. The husband is well known in political circles and also as a wealthy land owner. [Published in "The Lincoln Star," Lincoln, Nebraska, Saturday, January 26th 1918, page 3, MDP]
