Chabert, Alidor "Pat" died 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, 1989, in Galliano. He was 75, a native of Cut Off and resident of Larose. He was a retired commercial fisherman.
Visiting at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, 8 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Entombment in Holy Rosary Mausoleum.
Survived by wife, Antoinette Collins Chabert; two sons, Raleigh Chabert and Robert Chabert; two daughters, Elaine Smith and Barbara Wojcik; four brothers, Harris Chabert Sr., Wallace Chabert Jr., Walter Chabert and Leroy Chabert; three sisters, Noeda Plaisance, Doreen Cheramie and Isabelle Bruce; 11 grandchiuldren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Wallace and Emily Guidry Chabert Sr.; and a sister, Alice Chabert. Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland in charge of arrangements.
