Bath, IL - Mildred Roseann Gambee, 91, of Box 213 died at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 1998, at 3883 Turtle Creek Blvd., Dallas, Texas.
Born Jan. 27, 1907, in Blind River, Ontario, Canada, to David and Mary Agnes Kerr Little, she married Glen S. Gambee on Dec. 1, 1929, in Detroit. He died June 9, 1958.
She also was preceded in death by one sister, two brothers and four half-brothers.
Surviving are two daughters, Glenna Magee of Bath and Ilah Gambee of Dallas; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two half-brothers, James Powell and Lyle Powell, both of Ontario; two half-sisters, Ann Leader and Thelma Loop, both of Ontario; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a cook at Lakewood Supper Club and Lakewood Hunting Club in Havana until she retired.
Burial will be in Bath Cemetery.
