MRS. LINGENFELTER DIES AT AGE OF 90 Mrs. Margaret S. Lingenfelter, of Sprankle Mills, died in the home of a daughter in Frostburg, following a lingering illness. She was 90 years of age. Born September 27 [sic], 1868, in Sprankle Mills where she spent her entire life, she was the daughter of David and Katherine Raybuck Hoch. She was married to Andrew H.Lingenfelter, who died in 1930. Mrs. Lingenfelter was a member of the Barton Chapel Methodist Church for 76 years and a nenber of the church's Ladies Aid Society. Surviving are these sons and daughters, Mrs. John Todd and Mrs Jay Mitchell both of Punxsutawney R.D. 5; Mrs. Reubin Miller, of Frostburg; David G. Lingenfelter, of Keating Summit R. D. 1; and Adrian Henry of Shinglehouse. Mrs. Lingenfelter the last of a family of eight children, also leaves 39 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Schenemeyer Funeral Home in this city after 7 o'clock tonight and until Monday when the body will be taken to the Barton Chapel for services at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. The Rev. Robert Britton will officiate and interment will be in the Barton Chapel Cemetery.
