Born Dec. 28, 1924 in the town of Randolph, Mrs. Loucks was a daughter of the late Walter and Mildred Clark Abbey. On Jan. 6, 1946, she was married to Herbert F. Loucks, who predeceased her Feb. 19, 1989. ... Surviving are a daughter...; four grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; two brothers, Stanley Abbey and Frederick Abbey, both of Randolph and three sisters, Joyce Reynolds, Shirley Abbey, both of Randolph, and Elsie Pickett of San Jose, Calif.
