Otis R. Elliott Dies

Friends in the Glasco community were shocked and grieved to learn of the sudden death of Otis R. Elliott of Aurora who died Tuesday afternoon at St. Joseph hospital in Concordia following an operation.
Funeral services will be at six o'clock in the afternoon of may 30th, at the home in Aurora. Burial will be in the Glasco cemetery.
Mr. Elliott was a son-in-law of Mrs. Margaret McClellan. The widow and six children remain.

Otis Richard Elliott, son of Charles W. and Frances R. Elliott, born near Bazine, Kans. Oct. 23, 1888. Died at St. Joseph's hospital in Concordia May 28, 1940. Attended Western Bible and Literary college at Odessa, Mo.
Was in the army during WWI. Widow and seven children: Vida, Theda, Reba, Keith, Lyle, Rex, and Cleo, his mother, two sisters and one brother.
