SAN SABA - Bill K. Burnham*, 75, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 1997, at his residence. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Howell-Doran Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Shaw Bend Cemetery. He was born May 24, 1922, in San Saba and had been a lifetime resident. An Army veteran, he was a retired postal worker, rancher and farmer. He was a member of the American Legion and had been a caretaker of Shaw Bend Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Ima Ruth Burnham of San Saba; a son, Teddy of Bellville; two daughters, Sandra Kay Tutor of Temple and Trudy Gage of Richland Springs; two brothers, Ted Burnham of San Saba and Jack Burnham of Cleburne; a sister, Lois Ledbetter of Kingsland; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
