Shirley Vee Anderson Christensen, age 74, passed away September 22, 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born Feb. 10, 1928 in Hinckley, Utah, daughter of Aaron Elton and Sarah Leland Roberts Anderson. Married Lindeau Christensen Dec. 4, 1946 in the St.George LDS Temple. Retired from Granite School District kitchens. She loved her grandkids, singing with her sons, and walking with her dog, Pixie. She enjoyed pulling weeds, admiring her roses and sharing her jam.
Survived by sons, Dennis (Florence) Christensen, West Jordan; Les (Barbara) Christensen, Centerville; Brett (Nan) Christensen, Grantsville; 11 grandchildren, Coy, Josh, Kai, Jessica, Craig, Tehra, Cody, Jennifer, Clay, Geoffrey and Daniel; sisters, Geraldine (Joe) Henrie, St. George; Donna (Clark) Cox, Delta; Sheila (Glen) Ogden, Nephi; sister-in-law, Joy Anderson, Henderson, Nevada. Preceded in death by husband in 1998; son, Marlo in 1969.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at the Kearns 1st Ward, 4575 West 5415 South. Friends may call Wednesday, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the Delta City Cemetery.
