Her obituary was printed 12 May 1957 in the "Oregonian" newspaper:"...Mrs. Yandle...had lived most her life in the state of Washington before coming to Porland five years ago...Survivors include her widower Jesse Yandle; two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Anderson of Hadlock, Wash. and Mrs. Vesta Sherrill of Walla Walla, [WA]; two sons, Jesse Hunter of Port Angeles, and Alvah Hunter of Maple Falls, Wash; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren."
