Infant child of Albert Joseph Otis and Mary Elizabeth Hilb Otis.
In the 1970s the cemetery was converted into the Mission Hills Memorial Park, and only 150 of the original 2016 gravestones were salvaged. These gravestones were placed near the stone wall closest to the Middle School. The markers for these children were not salvaged. All official records relating to the exact locations of the graves in the park were reported to have been lost in a fire, although a book was found that listed the burials in the cemetery, along with photographs of some of the old grave markers. This book is in the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City.
