Daughter of Thomas M. and Rachel Wilson. Mariah was the grand daughter of two Rev War soldiers, Philip Fulkerson and George Wilson.(both buried in KY). Mariah married Jacob Miles Reed in 1851. They had three children.
-Mary Evaline Reed married Joshua Taylor Dickey
-Curtis Reed died 1883 in Austin TX
-George Reed died age 7
Mariah died young. Jacob went to CA, found gold, but never made it back home.

There is no solid document that Mariah was buried next to her brother-in-law Charles Reed in Clark cemetery, but we think she was. The stone is badly aged but we think this is her.
