John T. retired after 34 years of service from LaGloria Oil & Gas. He was a Master Mason of the St. John Lodge #53 and a member of Bethel Baptist Church and the Pairs & Spairs Sunday School class.
John T. enjoyed all sports, especially the Chapel Hill Bulldogs, Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved his family and friends and always looked forward to football season, travel, Thursday's at Whataburger with retired friends, and the family vacation home in Ruidoso, NM. Those who knew him were quite familiar with his keen sense of humor and the mischievous jokes he often played.
Throughout his life he was an inspirational role model of faith and unconditional love to his children, grandchildren, family and friends. He will be missed by so many who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Mary Jane Lisby Cagle of Tyler; daughters, Cynthia Jane "Cindy" Cagle (Jeff) Gaddis of Chapel Hill; Cheryl Lee Cagle (Keith) Sawyer of Keller; twin brother, Leonard Herman (Dorothy) Cagle of Tyler; sister, Margarette Wilson of Tyler; grandchildren, PFC Cameron John gaddis of Ft. Knox, KY, Jonathan Lee Gaddis of Chapel Hill; his best 4 legged friend, Gracie Lou; and a host of nieces and nephews and many life long friends.
Pallbearers include Joe, Tommy, Robert, Billy Frank & Brad Cagle, Darrell Todd, Leon Dozier, Mark & Tony Wilson.
