The funeral of Albert Lindsey Knight, aged 71 years, whose death occurred at his home in Ridgeway on Thursday, took place on Saturday from the Ridgeway Baptist church and interment was in the family burial grounds near Leaksville, N.C.
The deceased is survived by his wife who was a Miss Brown, and by the following sons and daughters: E. H. Knight of Phoenix; T. W. Knight of Ridgeway; E. G. (Elroy Lindsey) Knight of Reidsville, N.C.; J. M. Knight of Fieldale; H. A. Knight of Fieldale; Mrs. M. A. Jones of Leaksville; Mrs. Kate Kilker of California; Mrs. T. W. Wall of (illegible); Mrs. W. C. Barnes of Ridgeway and Mrs. C. D. Stewart of Leaksville, N.C.

His wife Susan, was a daughter of John Marshall Brown Sr. and Mary Frances "Fannie" Martin.
