MOUNT VERNON - Billie "Boogalou Bill" Duncan, 72, died at 11:05 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010, in St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, with the Rev. William Ronald Lash Sr. officiating and the Rev. Richard E. Pollard assisting. Military rites will be provided. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
