The first record that I have found for his is in Lauderdale County, Alabama. In 1870 he and his family are in lawrence county, Tennessee. And the last record that I have found for him is in the home of his eldest son Joseph H. Watson, in Lauderdale County, Alabama on the 1880 Census.
I have seen him listed as a Farmer, Overseer and finally as a Minister of the Gospel.
He was the father of my GGreat Grandmother Mary Angeline Nicholas 'nee Watson, and I have only heard of her being a kind and gentle woman, who was loved very much by her family.
