SEYMOUR_Pauline Badgwell, age 93, passed away Tuesday in Seymour, surrounded by Monica and the loving caregivers of Just Like Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, Aug 31, 2007, at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Ulrey, officiating. Internment will be in the Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Badgwell was born Nov. 21, 1913, in Seymour, Texas, to P.G. and Ada Houston Allen. She married Clinton Sebern Badgwell on Nov 28, 1931, in Frederick, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on July 28, 1987. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church, and the Escalator Sunday School Class, and a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by one son, Don Badgwell and his wife, Karen of Wichita Falls, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Donna Badgwell of Keller, Texas; four grandchildren, Barbara Hammonds and husband , Randy of Houston, Texas, Kristi Ann Chambers and husband, Sid, of West Monroe, La., Randal Dean Badgwell and wife, Wendy of Pearland, Texas; and by six great-grandchildren, Grace Ann Chambers, Andrew Chambers, Allen Badgwell and Lillian Badgwell.

She also preceded in death by a son, John Allen Badgwell on April 2, 1991.

The family asks that memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church or the the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
